If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of our organic products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
